Sant Ramkrishna Kanya Mahavidyalaya was established in year 2002 to give high academic success, and value education to girls. The main vision of opening this institution le to provide education to the medium sector in the heart of the city Sant Ramkrishna Educational Trust took up the responsibility to give value based education and realized its cultural social and educational dreams. Today this institute has completed the glorious 21 years of its establishment and is also imparting the objectives for which this institute was established. Along with this, it has also made a dignified place in higher education institutions. The Management, Teaching staff, Students and Parents gave memorable contributions in the success of this educational institution.

Sant Ramkrishna Kanya Mahavidyalaya has been striving towards maintaining high academic standards and excellence in the field of education since 2002. We are committed to provide our students with wide variety of opportunities in order to help them attain their highest potentials. Education is just not to entitle job, but for better future prospects. I am proud of my students who have achieved high standards in academics and various co-curricular activities.

Recognition, Accredition and Affiliations
Important guidelines for admission
1. The student must fill the application form herself. Any discrepancy or missing details in the form will lead to rejection of the candidate’s admission.
2. At the time of admission, the candidate must be present with the following documents:
a. All original marksheets and certificates
b. 4 passport size photographs (latest)
c. Caste Certificate (for SC and OBC candidates)
d. Aadhar Card
e. Character and Migration certificate (Original copies of Character and Migration certificate will have to be submitted to the Institute)
3. The selected candidates will be required to submit the fees in one installment till the allotted date and time. Fees once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances.
4. It is advised to select the subjects wisely as subjects once chosen will not be changed.
5. All students must keep their fee receipt secured for future reference.
6. 75% attendance is compulsory for all students, failing which, the student will not be allowed to sit in the examinations.
7. All admissions will be done as per the admission guidelines of the institute.
University’s Uniform for students
The uniform for all students is pre-defined, which is as under:
1. White Kurta, White Salwar, Maroon cotton dupatta, White Socks and White P.T. Shoes for all.
2. Black Sweater for all girls in winters.
3. White Saree (with Maroon border) and Maroon blouse is compulsory for all girls during practice teaching classes. (for B. Ed and D. El. Ed)
4. Navy Blue saree is compulsory during scout and guide training. (for B. Ed and D. El. Ed)
Note –
1. The Sarees assigned by the institution can also be worn by the students apart from their practice training sessions.
2. The sleeves of your kurta must have a border according to your course, as mentioned below:
1. B.A. – Yellow
2. B.Com – Blue
3. B. Ed – Maroon
4. D. El. Ed. – Green
5. M. Ed. – Orange
6. B. Sc – Brown
7. M. Com – Grey
Note – Girls can also wear pants and shirts according to their will.

Rules for students to be followed as per the University
1. It is compulsory to carry your Identity Card along with you, when you enter the institution. You might not be allowed to enter inside without your ID Card.
2. In case ID card is lost, a new ID card will be issued at a charge of Rs. 100/- along with a photograph of the student. Informing the Discipline Department is necessary in case the ID card is lost.
3. Do not roam around in the premises during free time. Use Library/Music room/ Playground/ Canteen instead.
4. In case of any complaints, the student can reach out to the Coordinator of Student Welfare and Complaints Committee. You can also raise your complaint infront of the Principal and Director. You can also submit your complaint in the Complaint Box.
5. To talk to someone on the mobile phone, use one of the two mobile zones in the campus.
Code of Conduct to be followed by Students
1. Writing and spitting on the walls is prohibited.
2. Do not create chaos in the office, form and follow an order to enter.
3. Do not harm the property of the Institution.
4. Conserve the plants and trees.
5. Show active participation in various programs of the Institute.
6. Maintain a decent, affectionate and respectful behavior at all times.
Note : All girls must get their Whatsapp numbers noted with their Faculty Coordinator so that they stay updated with the activities taking place in the faculty.
